// Common questions

Questions we hear a lot,answered straight.

How much does a custom website cost?

Most small-business sites we build land between roughly $2,000 and $8,000 depending on page count, custom design, and any integrations. Web apps and portals with logins, dashboards, or payments run higher. We scope a fixed price up front after a short discovery call — no surprise hourly bills.

How long does it take to build a website or app?

A focused marketing site is typically 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger builds — portals, dashboards, e-commerce, or mobile apps — usually run 6–12 weeks. We give you a real timeline before we start and keep you updated at each stage.

Do you work with clients outside Cleveland and Charleston?

Yes. We're based in Cleveland, Ohio and Charleston, South Carolina, but most of our work is done remotely for clients across 20+ states. Everything happens over email, calls, and screen shares, so your location doesn't change the quality or the price.

What's the difference between a custom site and a Wix or Squarespace template?

Template builders are fine to start, but they limit how fast your site loads, how well it ranks, and what it can do. We build with modern frameworks like Next.js and Angular — so your site is faster, fully owned by you, and can grow into custom features a template can't support.

Do you build mobile apps too?

Yes. We build native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) apps as well as cross-platform apps with Flutter and React Native, and we handle the App Store and Google Play submission process for you.

Will my website show up on Google and in AI search like ChatGPT?

We build every site to be found. That means fast load times, clean structure, schema markup, and Google Search Console setup — the same foundations that help your business get cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews, not just the classic search results.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support after launch?

Yes. We offer maintenance retainers for updates, monitoring, content changes, and fast-response support. You're never stranded after launch — and you always own your site and its code.

What does it take to get started?

Send us a short note about your business and what you need. We'll reply with a plain-English audit or scope, a fixed quote, and a timeline. From there it's four honest steps — discovery, design, build, and launch.
