We are the long-running engineering partner on the BlazeBite team: nine production systems for concession ordering, from the Firebase backend to the native iOS and Android apps, the kitchen and kiosk tablets, the venue display board, and the operator and admin portals. It runs at school fields and professional stadiums.

The stand loses Wi-Fi in the third quarter.
Kitchen 2.0 added an offline mode: cash and manual card payments queue locally and sync when the connection returns, with clear decline messaging from Stripe Terminal and Epson receipt printing that keeps working through it.
Volunteers run the stand, and they change every game.
The kiosk is self-service with card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and printed or emailed receipts. Order totals are always computed on the server, so a tablet in a booster parent’s hands cannot misprice an order.
Nobody can see the line, the kitchen, or the money at the same time.
Kitchen display cards for the cooks, an expeditor view for the window, a wall display for the crowd, live reporting for the operator, and a platform admin portal above it all. Each is its own app on the shared Firebase data.

Do customers have to download an app?

The BlazeBite ordering app is web-first, so a QR code at the stand opens it in the browser. Native iOS and Android apps exist for people who want them.

Can this run at a high school field with volunteer staff?

That is where it started. The kiosk and kitchen tablets are designed for people who have never used them before, and offline mode covers the inevitable Wi-Fi drop.

Is this only for BlazeBite, or can you build something similar for us?

We built these systems as part of the BlazeBite team. If you run venues and want ordering, we will first point you at BlazeBite itself. If your needs are different, we scope a custom build with the same architecture.

What does a venue ordering system cost?

Custom multi-app platforms are scoped in phases and quoted fixed per phase. A single ordering app with payments is a 6 to 12 week build; the full kitchen, kiosk and display suite is a longer partnership.
