// Built for · Financial advisors and wealth practices

An advisor website that compliancesigns off on the first time.

We built the site for a three-advisor wealth practice in the Charleston area whose advisors are registered through an SEC-registered investment adviser. That means the SEC Marketing Rule shapes every sentence: no testimonials, no performance claims, verbatim disclosures, and a privacy posture strict enough that the site runs no analytics and no third-party scripts at all. It launched in August 2026.

Work in this industry

// What slows this work down

The problems we have already solvedfor people in your line of work.

Every draft comes back from compliance with red ink.
We wrote to the rule from the start: no testimonials, no performance claims, no invented credentials, and a list of banned words the RIA maintains. The disclosure paragraph and the CFP marks language are inserted verbatim, not paraphrased. Compliance reviewed a finished site, not a series of guesses.
You promised clients privacy, and every analytics tag breaks that promise.
The site says no cookies and no analytics, so it has none. Instead we parse the server access logs nightly, bot-filtered, into the KP client portal, and pair that with a Search Console panel. The practice sees visits, pages and search queries without a single tracker on the page.
You want to be found in the towns you serve, without a spammy footprint.
Ten town pages cover the practice’s real markets around Charleston and beyond. Each is written for the town, not templated, and the practice chose which ones to link from the main navigation.

// Questions we get from financial advisors

Asked before,answered straight.

Can you work with our RIA’s compliance process?

Yes. We ask for the word list, the required disclosures and the approval workflow up front, then deliver a complete site for one review rather than pages in pieces.

How do we see traffic if there are no analytics?

Server access logs. We parse them nightly, filter bots, and show visits and pages in the KP client portal alongside Google Search Console data. No script runs in your visitors’ browsers.

Will we show up in AI search results?

We give the site the structure AI answer engines read (FAQ schema, llms.txt, clean crawler rules). We do not promise citations, and neither should anyone else.

What does an advisor site cost?

A practice site with town pages and a compliance-reviewed copy pass usually lands in the $2,000 to $8,000 range, with a monthly retainer for changes and hosting if you want it. Fixed quote after a short call.
