Can you work with our existing cemetery record system?
Yes. That is how the Cleveland engagement works: the record backend is another vendor’s, and our web, staff and mobile applications connect to it. We do not require a rip-and-replace.
Do families need an account to search?
No. Search is public. An account adds saved loved ones, saved cemeteries and purchase history.
How long has this been running?
Long enough that both mobile apps have been through multiple major versions and the web tier runs on Azure. We publish exact timelines and references on request.
What does cemetery software cost?
This is scoped work rather than a package. It depends on whether you need the public site, apps, staff tooling or all three. We will give you a fixed quote for a first phase after discovery.
